By submitting your stories, comments, photos and other information (“Works”) to Shut Up, LLC. in any format (through the Internet, telephone, facsimile, post, etc), you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. You hereby irrevocably assign to Shut Up Industries, LLC all rights, title, claims and interest in and to the Works and therefore agree that upon submission, such Works immediately become the property of Shut Up, LLC and that all rights, claims, title and interest therein, including all rights of copyright, shall vest with Shut Up, LLC. upon receipt.

2. You understand and agree that by submitting the Works, Shut Up, LLC may use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit , translate, distribute, perform and display the Works in any media or medium, or any form, format or forum now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, in perpetuity without further notice.

3. Although we do love reading your submissions in all forms, we cannot guarantee that your Works will be posted or published. You also acknowledge that you may not get any credit for the Works in the event that submissions are accepted for publication.

4. Finally, you understand that we will not return any submissions, regardless of whether they are published. Please do not submit any material which you would like returned to you as we will not return any of the materials submitted.
